Monorail's 50th Anniversary Celebration at Seattle Center

The Monorail celebrated its 50th Anniversary on March 24, 2012. Over 10,000 people rode the trains on this special day.  From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., train tours, memorabilia displays, Elvis interpretations and a public ceremony marked this significant milestone and paid tribute to the Monorail’s remarkable history.
